Now you can add a touch of animation to your site for that extra WOW factor, swf files can be uploaded as site page banners.

Even subtle movement can add another dimension to your site, have a look at this one:

To achieve this, simply create a banner in flash that is 972 pixels wide (by any height) which will fit perfectly at the top of your site, you can make it transparent, which will let your background show through like in the above example.

Save the file as a swf file ensuring that it is under 1MB in size, and upload it to a page on your site! Here are some tips that will help along the way:

• The shorter the time, the quicker it will load - the example above is a repeating animation only 10 frames long, only a couple of seconds of animation.
• Keep it subtle, visitors CAN NOT TURN THE ANIMATION OFF - if it's way too distracting, they might not hang around.
